باستخدامك لموقع يسر جولدن ترافل («الموقع» أو «المنصة») أو إتمام أي حجز من خلاله، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي بند منها، يُرجى عدم استخدام الموقع.

هذه الاتفاقية بينك وبين شركة يسر جولدن للسفر والسياحة، المرخصة في المملكة العربية السعودية، ويشار إليها في هذه الوثيقة بعبارات «الشركة» أو «نحن» أو «لنا». ويشار إلى مستخدم الموقع أو من يتم الحجز باسمه بعبارات «أنت» أو «العميل» أو «المسافر».

طبيعة خدماتنا

تعمل الشركة كوسيط بين العميل ومزودي الخدمات السياحية (فنادق، منظمي رحلات، شركات نقل، مزودي تجارب). العقد النهائي لتقديم الخدمة يكون بينك وبين المزود، وتسري عليه شروط المزود بالإضافة إلى هذه الشروط.

• لا نملك ولا نشغّل الفنادق أو وسائل النقل المعروضة على المنصة.
• الأوصاف والصور مقدمة من المزودين، ونبذل جهداً معقولاً للتحقق من دقتها دون ضمانها ضماناً مطلقاً.
• يجب أن يكون عمر من يُجري الحجز 18 عاماً فأكثر وأن يملك أهلية قانونية كاملة.

مسؤولية المسافر

• صحة بيانات الحجز (الأسماء كما في الجواز، التواريخ، بيانات التواصل) مسؤوليتك الكاملة.
• التأشيرات وصلاحية جواز السفر (6 أشهر على الأقل) والمتطلبات الصحية مسؤولية المسافر.
• ننصح بشدة بإصدار تأمين سفر مناسب لكامل مدة الرحلة.

يحق للشركة تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت، ويسري التعديل من تاريخ نشره على هذه الصفحة. لأي استفسار: info@yusrgolde.com

By using the Yusr Golden Travel website (the “Site” or “Platform”) or completing any booking through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any clause, please do not use the Site.

This agreement is between you and Yusr Golden Travel & Tourism, licensed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, referred to here as the “Company”, “we” or “us”. The Site user, or the person in whose name a booking is made, is referred to as “you”, the “Customer” or the “Traveller”.

Nature of our services

The Company acts as an intermediary between the Customer and travel service suppliers (hotels, tour operators, transport companies, experience providers). The final service contract is between you and the supplier, and the supplier’s terms apply in addition to these terms.

• We do not own or operate the hotels or transport shown on the Platform.
• Descriptions and images are supplied by providers; we make reasonable efforts to verify accuracy without absolute guarantee.
• The person making a booking must be 18 or older with full legal capacity.

Traveller responsibility

• Accuracy of booking details (names as in passport, dates, contact details) is entirely your responsibility.
• Visas, passport validity (at least 6 months) and health requirements are the traveller’s responsibility.
• We strongly recommend suitable travel insurance for the full duration of the trip.

The Company may amend these terms at any time; changes take effect from publication on this page. Questions: info@yusrgolde.com

تأكيد الحجز

يُعد الحجز مؤكداً فقط بعد استلامك رسالة تأكيد عبر البريد الإلكتروني تتضمن رقم الحجز. إرسال الطلب أو الدفع لا يعني التأكيد التلقائي؛ بعض العروض تخضع للتوفر ويتم تأكيدها خلال 24–48 ساعة عمل.

الأسعار والدفع

• الأسعار المعروضة تشمل الضرائب المفصح عنها ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك، وقد لا تشمل رسوم المنتجع أو الضرائب المحلية التي تُدفع في الوجهة.
• يظهر سعران لبعض العروض: سعر أعضاء جولد بلس+ وسعر غير الأعضاء.
• أسعار العملات غير الريال السعودي تقريبية لأغراض العرض، ويتم الخصم الفعلي بالريال السعودي.

الإلغاء والاسترداد

• سياسة الإلغاء تختلف من عرض لآخر وتُعرض بوضوح قبل إتمام الدفع.
• العروض القابلة للاسترداد: يُعاد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 7–14 يوم عمل من الموافقة على الإلغاء.
• العروض الموسومة «غير قابلة للاسترداد» لا يُعاد مبلغها إلا في حال إلغاء المزود للخدمة.
• عدم الحضور (No-show) يُعامل معاملة الإلغاء المتأخر ولا يستحق استرداداً ما لم ينص العرض على غير ذلك.

التعديلات

طلبات تغيير التواريخ أو الأسماء تخضع لموافقة المزود وقد تترتب عليها فروق سعر أو رسوم تعديل. تُرسل الطلبات إلى support@yusrgolde.com.

Booking confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email containing a booking reference. Submitting a request or payment does not mean automatic confirmation; some offers are subject to availability and are confirmed within 24–48 working hours.

Prices and payment

• Displayed prices include disclosed taxes unless stated otherwise, and may exclude resort fees or local taxes payable at the destination.
• Some offers show two prices: the Gold Plus+ member price and the non-member price.
• Non-SAR currency prices are indicative for display; the actual charge is made in Saudi Riyals.

Cancellation and refunds

• The cancellation policy varies by offer and is clearly shown before payment.
• Refundable offers: the amount is returned to the original payment method within 7–14 working days of cancellation approval.
• Offers marked “non-refundable” are refunded only if the supplier cancels the service.
• No-shows are treated as late cancellations and are not refundable unless the offer states otherwise.

Changes

Date or name change requests are subject to supplier approval and may incur price differences or amendment fees. Send requests to support@yusrgolde.com.

البيانات التي نجمعها

• بيانات الحساب والحجز: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، بيانات المسافرين، تفاصيل الرحلة.
• بيانات الدفع تُعالج عبر مزودي دفع معتمدين ولا نخزّن أرقام البطاقات كاملة لدينا.
• بيانات تقنية: نوع المتصفح، الصفحات التي تزورها، وملفات ارتباط لتحسين التجربة.

كيف نستخدمها

• تنفيذ الحجوزات والتواصل معك بخصوصها.
• تحسين الموقع وتخصيص العروض.
• إرسال عروض تسويقية عبر البريد إن وافقت، مع إمكانية إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت.

المشاركة والحفظ

نشارك بياناتك مع مزودي الخدمة فقط بالقدر اللازم لتنفيذ حجزك، ولا نبيع بياناتك لأي طرف ثالث. تُحفظ البيانات للمدة اللازمة نظاماً ثم تُتلف بشكل آمن.

حقوقك

يحق لك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها عبر info@yusrgolde.com.

We are committed to protecting your personal data in line with Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

Data we collect

• Account and booking data: name, email, traveller details, trip details.
• Payment data is processed by certified payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
• Technical data: browser type, pages visited, and cookies to improve your experience.

How we use it

• To fulfil bookings and contact you about them.
• To improve the Site and personalise offers.
• To send marketing emails if you opt in, with the ability to unsubscribe at any time.

Sharing and retention

We share your data with service suppliers only as needed to fulfil your booking, and we never sell your data to third parties. Data is retained as legally required, then securely destroyed.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data via info@yusrgolde.com.

عند تضمين رحلة جوية في أي باقة، تسري شروط الناقل الجوي (قواعد التذكرة، الأمتعة، التعديل والإلغاء) بالإضافة إلى شروطنا.

• الأسماء في التذاكر يجب أن تطابق الجواز تماماً؛ تعديل الاسم بعد الإصدار قد لا يكون ممكناً أو قد يتطلب رسوماً من الناقل.
• مواعيد الرحلات قابلة للتغيير من الناقل، وسنبلغك بأي تغيير فور علمنا به.
• مسؤولية الوصول للمطار في الوقت الكافي تقع على المسافر.
• تذاكر العروض غالباً من الفئات المقيدة وقد تكون غير قابلة للاسترداد.

When a flight is included in a package, the airline’s conditions (fare rules, baggage, changes and cancellation) apply in addition to ours.

• Ticket names must exactly match the passport; name changes after issuance may be impossible or may carry airline fees.
• Flight times may be changed by the carrier; we will notify you of any change as soon as we know.
• Arriving at the airport with sufficient time is the traveller’s responsibility.
• Promotional fares are often restricted classes and may be non-refundable.

يمكنك إضافة رقم عضويتك في برنامج المسافر الدائم عند الحجز، وسنمرره للناقل. احتساب الأميال أو النقاط يخضع كلياً لشروط برنامج الناقل، ولا نضمن أهلية أي تذكرة للاحتساب — خاصة تذاكر العروض المخفضة.

You may add your frequent flyer number at booking and we will pass it to the carrier. Mileage or point accrual is governed entirely by the carrier’s program terms; we do not guarantee that any ticket qualifies — particularly discounted promotional fares.

إذا وجدت نفس العرض (نفس الفندق، نوع الغرفة، التواريخ، الشروط، والإضافات) بسعر عام أقل خلال 24 ساعة من تأكيد حجزك، نطابق السعر الأقل.

الشروط

• يجب أن يكون السعر المقارن متاحاً للعموم وقابلاً للحجز الفوري وقت التحقق.
• لا يشمل الضمان أسعار العضويات المغلقة، المزادات، أسعار الشركات، أو العروض المشروطة بقسائم.
• يُرسل طلب المطابقة مع رابط واضح ولقطة شاشة إلى support@yusrgolde.com.
• عند الموافقة، نعيد الفرق أو نمنحه رصيداً لحجزك القادم — حسب اختيارك.

If you find the same offer (same hotel, room type, dates, conditions and inclusions) at a lower public price within 24 hours of confirming your booking, we will match the lower price.

Conditions

• The comparison price must be publicly available and instantly bookable at verification time.
• The guarantee excludes closed-membership rates, auctions, corporate rates and coupon-conditional offers.
• Send the match request with a clear link and screenshot to support@yusrgolde.com.
• Upon approval, we refund the difference or credit it to your next booking — your choice.

• بطاقات هدايا يسر جولدن صالحة لمدة 12 شهراً من تاريخ الشراء ما لم يُذكر غير ذلك.
• تُستخدم البطاقة لدفع كامل قيمة الحجز أو جزء منها، ولا تُستبدل بنقد.
• البطاقة غير مسؤوليتنا في حال فقدان رمزها أو مشاركته مع الغير.
• عند إلغاء حجز مدفوع ببطاقة هدايا، يُعاد المبلغ كرصيد بطاقة وليس نقداً.

• Yusr Golden gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchase unless stated otherwise.
• A card may pay for all or part of a booking and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• We are not responsible for lost or shared card codes.
• If a gift-card-paid booking is cancelled, the amount is returned as card credit, not cash.

• العروض محدودة الوقت صالحة حتى التاريخ المعلن أو حتى نفاد الكمية، أيهما أسبق.
• «القيمة تصل إلى» تعني قيمة مكونات العرض لو اشتُريت منفصلة بأسعارها المعلنة لدى المزود.
• النقاط المضاعفة (×3) تُحتسب على عروض مختارة موسومة بذلك فقط، وضمن فترة الحملة المعلنة.
• لا يجوز جمع أكثر من رمز خصم أو حملة على نفس الحجز ما لم يُذكر صراحة.
• يحق للشركة إنهاء أو تعديل أي حملة في أي وقت دون الإخلال بالحجوزات المؤكدة.

• Limited-time offers are valid until the stated date or while allocation lasts, whichever comes first.
• “Valued up to” means the value of the offer’s components if purchased separately at the supplier’s published rates.
• Triple points (×3) apply only to offers explicitly badged as such, within the announced campaign period.
• Discount codes or campaigns cannot be combined on one booking unless expressly stated.
• The Company may end or amend any campaign at any time without affecting confirmed bookings.

العضوية

• جولد بلس+ عضوية مدفوعة (شهرية أو سنوية) تمنح أسعار أعضاء، عروضاً مخفية، ونقاطاً على الحجوزات.
• تتجدد العضوية تلقائياً ما لم تُلغَ قبل تاريخ التجديد من حسابك أو عبر البريد.
• عند الإلغاء تستمر المزايا حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة، ولا تُسترد رسوم الفترة الجارية.

النقاط

• تُحتسب النقاط على قيمة الحجوزات المكتملة (بعد إتمام الإقامة أو الرحلة) وليس عند الدفع.
• تنتهي صلاحية النقاط بعد 24 شهراً من اكتسابها ما لم يُذكر غير ذلك.
• إلغاء الحجز يُلغي نقاطه؛ واستخدام النقاط لا يُكسب نقاطاً جديدة على الجزء المدفوع بها.
• النقاط شخصية وغير قابلة للتحويل أو البيع.

يحق للشركة إيقاف أي حساب يُسيء استخدام البرنامج مع إشعار العميل بالسبب.

Membership

• Gold Plus+ is a paid membership (monthly or yearly) granting member prices, hidden offers and points on bookings.
• Membership renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date from your account or by email.
• On cancellation, benefits continue to the end of the paid period; the current period’s fee is non-refundable.

Points

• Points accrue on the value of completed bookings (after the stay or tour finishes), not at payment.
• Points expire 24 months after being earned unless stated otherwise.
• Cancelling a booking voids its points; the portion of a booking paid with points does not earn new points.
• Points are personal and non-transferable.

The Company may suspend any account that abuses the program, notifying the customer of the reason.

ماذا لو ألغى المزود الخدمة؟

نبلغك فوراً ونعرض عليك بديلاً مماثلاً أو استرداداً كاملاً — حسب اختيارك.

Do I need an account to book?

No, you can book as a guest. An account lets you track bookings, points and Gold Plus+ offers.

When do I receive my booking voucher?

Within 24–48 working hours of payment confirmation, to your registered email.

Are prices per person or per room?

Tour offers are priced per person in a twin room unless stated otherwise; hotel offers are priced per room for the stated stay length.

What if the supplier cancels the service?

We notify you immediately and offer a comparable alternative or a full refund — your choice.
